Legal Troubles Mount for Tory Lanez as He Faces Lawsuit from Pregnant Woman over Alleged Hit and Run

Canadian music sensation Tory Lanez finds himself in a legal quagmire once again. This time, he is being sued by a pregnant woman who alleges that he collided with her car and fled the scene.

The woman, identified as Krisha, has taken legal action against Lanez and her husband Jesse Grullon. They claim that Lanez’s green Bentley SUV sideswiped their vehicle in Miami on New Year’s Day 2021, before speeding away without checking on them.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Grullons assert that the incident took place shortly after they exited a highway and stopped at a red light at the end of the off-ramp.

Furthermore, they allege that Krisha was four months pregnant at the time of the incident. The couple is seeking to depose Lanez in early 2023 and have stated their denial of Lanez’s response to their claims within 45 days.

It is worth noting that Tory Lanez is currently involved in a separate legal case in California for allegedly causing bodily harm to Megan Thee Stallion using a firearm.

Addressing the lawsuit, Lanez’s attorney, Andell Brown, has dismissed the claims as unfounded and anticipates that they will be dismissed by the court. Brown also cast doubt on the credibility of the couple’s allegations, pointing out discrepancies in their account of the incident and asserting that their insurance claim was not filed until July.

He also revealed that the insurance company conducted an investigation into the incident, including discussions with the opposing attorneys, and concluded that there was no merit to the claim.
