Is Leatherface Still Alive?
Yes, Leatherface is still alive. At the end of the movie, Michelle reaches the main road. Benny drives up with Alfredo’s truck and stops before her. Benny helped her into the truck and then Alfredo appeared and attacked Benny. Michelle then kills Alfredo and the pair drive away. They drove away unaware that Leatherface had survived and was revving his chainsaw some miles away.

Where Is Leatherface Now?
Jedidiah Sawyer known more as Leatherface is the main antagonist of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre series. There is no clear information on where Leatherface is now. Leatherface is still alive and is called affectionately as Junior. Most likely he is still in Texas with his family. The seventh movie in the series was released in 2013.

Where Was Leatherface Born?
The movie, The Beginning is a prequel to the established timeline. In the reboot canon, Leatherface is shown to be born in a slaughterhouse assembly line. He was born in Fuller, Texas in 1939. He was disfigured and unwanted and thrown in the trash. He was rescued by a woman and named Thomas Hewitt. In 1969, Thomas was part of the family trade and was working at the slaughterhouse. When the slaughterhouse was shut down, he was fired. Now the Hewitt family turns to cannibalism to survive (and for fun).

Whatever Happened To Leatherface?
Michelle is shown to kill Leatherface, but Leatherface does not die. Michelle is captured by Tex, who is revealed to be a member of the family. She is brought to their house and is pushed into the kitchen. They had suspended Ryan with a pair of meathooks. Just then Leatherface comes in and Tex gives him a chainsaw labelled, “the saw family”. When Leatherface was preparing to kill Michelle, Benny opens fire on the house and kills Anna. Michelle escapes and flees into the woods. Leatherface appears to kill Benny and Michelle kills Leatherface. Leatherface survives.

Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is the third part of the American slasher movie that was directed by Jeff Burr. The film starred Kate Hodge, William Butler, Ken Foree, Tom Hudson, Viggo Mortensen, Joe Unger, and R.A. Mihailoff as Leatherface. The movie follows Leatherface and his family as they stalk a motorist couple in Texas. The movie was a critical and commercial failure. It was the poorest performing film in the series.
