Chicago shooting: 4 people shot at Happy Liquor and Food in Chatham near 79th, Cottage Grove

CHICAGO (WLS) — Four people were shot at a Happy Food Liquor Store in Chicago’s Chatham neighborhood Friday evening.

The four adults were transported to University of Chicago Medical Center in serious-to-critical condition, according to the Chicago Fire Department.

Witnesses told ABC7 Eyewitness News the shooting took place inside the liquor store.

Police have not yet released details about the circumstances around the shooting.
